*Have face cleansed fully, and apply your favourite skincare serums, moisturizers,and or toners. (we recommend applying skin care product after using LED Mask)
*Attach the neck portion with face mask together
*Connect the USB cords on the Face mask & neck with the controller/adapter first.
*Next plug the controller/adapter to a wall plug outlet.
*Position the LED Mask & Neck portions comfortably over your face & neck.
*Use the controller to choose desired colour mode, time, micro-current level.
Start with the most comfortable microcurrect strength (01-03) gradually increase (03-08) overtime once you are comfortable with the sensations.
It is advised to undergo treatment 15-30 minutes for at least 3-4 times a week to achieve noticeable good results
